Ella is a coach for clients who want to lead themselves and their teams with compassion. She coaches on a wide range of topics, especially working with high potential managers and individual contributors on limiting beliefs impacting their work and relationships with self and others.
Coaching in both English and Mandarin, Ella partners with clients as they empower themselves. She takes a compassionate yet disciplined approach to the coaching partnership, supporting clients to be accountable to themselves and their goals and to design the trajectory of the coaching arrangement. Her coaching ethos is as follows: You are enough as you are, even if you never change, AND I honor and champion both your desire and your will to change.
Ella has over a decade of experience in crisis management and communications, leading global cross-cultural teams in Fortune 500 companies. She is a former professional athlete and a lifelong mindfulness practitioner.
Ella holds a B.A. in International Finance from the University of Southern California (USC) and an EMBA from Quantic School of Business. She also has earned an RYT 200 hour yoga teacher certification and has completed courses in Mindful Self Compassion, Positive Intelligence (PQ), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L) and more. Ella is also certified in Sound Healing and Reiki (Level 1).
