BEIJING WELLNESS FESTIVAL

We are a community of coaches and therapists based in China. We promote well-being by building online and offline presence offering life-changing experiences in the form of workshops, seminars, webinars, and private sessions. We create a positive impact and bring transformation. 

On June 3rd, the Beijing Wellness Festival will bring together individuals, organizations, and companies committed to promoting well-being. We will host various activities including group coaching, seminars, and workshops on topics including workplace wellness, mental health, healing from traumas, yoga & mindfulness, and more!

When mindfulness and self-compassion are actively brought together, the potential benefits are tremendous! Come join Dalida Turkovic, Founder of Beijing Mindfulness Centre and certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, to learn more.

We will open with a free introduction session (May 14, 13:30 – 15:30), followed by a 4-part series focusing on specific topics, tools, and practices. Following the intro session, Dalida will lead a 4-session series on the topics of Foundation, Resistance, Relationships, and Motivation.
