Sharon Liu is a mindfulness coach and UX designer with an educational background in contemporary art, visual cultures, and psychoanalytical research. She has been working with mental health, wellbeing, and social innovation organizations since 2021.
Through her coaching practice she supports clients in reaching states of internal congruence that empower them to find a sense of easeful authenticity in their relation to & experience of their external worlds. Central to her coaching are themes surrounding clarity of self - bringing awareness to identity, values, purpose, belongingness, and desire.
Sharon has lived and worked in the US, UK, and is currently based in Hainan, China.
