Applied Mindfulness in Coaching - Dalida Turkovic
A mindfulness-based coaching is a holistic approach in which we support clients to navigate decision making while holding awareness of body, mind and emotions. Mindfulness practice and principles that come along with it closely relate to coaching ethics and competencies.
