Mindful Self-Compassion Introduction

After attending a teacher training in Mindful Self-Compassion, Dalida gives an introduction to what this practice entails.

Based on the research work of Chris Germer and Kristin Neff Mindful Self-Compassion has brought depth in understanding how self-compassion impacts motivation, effectiveness and overall mindfulness practice.

During the conference, we will introduce the basic concept of self-compassion and open registration for the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion program held in November at BMC. 

Please note that we have two cats and one dog and that they are allowed to come freely to our events. Prepare accordingly in case you are allergic.
