BMC Founder and Mindfulness Coach Dalida Turkovic holds monthly virtual coaching sessions on every second Tuesday at 5 pm.
During the session, Dalida answers questions and inquiries about the practice and offer to coach participants on any personal topic. The sessions are free and open to beginners and advanced practitioners as well as for those who are curious about the practice but don’t know how to start.
