This retreat is an opportunity to experience formal and informal mindfulness practice in a group, in nature, while walking, sitting, eating and interacting. The invitation for silence means that we are open to the individual choice of total silence, while also extending the possibility for those who wish to share at the end of each day. Silence means that emotions, thoughts and physical sensations that we have been neglecting through our fast-paced lifestyles may surface. During the retreat, we will be accompanied by BMC-trained coaches who have done mindful self-compassion, coach training and have their own practice of meditation. Their assistance will enable you to seek 1:1 support at any time during the retreat.
