Circles of Practice

Price per session: Free

Join us online in the cultivation of mindfulness and self-compassion practice. 

We open the circle with a one-word check-in, followed by meditation and coaching inquiry to bring awareness and insights into your life. 

Compassionate presence from the coach and community guides us through the maze of pressures we face in life's complexities. Bring your topics and receive support from the community and the coach.

September - October sessions are led by Dalida Turkovic, founder of The Beijing Mindfulness Centre and BMC Academy Program Director.
