Mindful Parent

Parenting is stressful! Some of us feel confused about conflicting parenting advice. Or perhaps we know what we should do in tough parenting moments, but it's hard actually doing those things when our child is melting down or refusing to cooperate. There's not much joy in parenting.  

Effective parenting begins with taking care of our own well-being. This mindful circle provides a safe space for sharing & learning how to implement mindfulness & self-compassion in our roles as parents, partners & professionals.

In these group sessions, we begin with a common area of concern, then dive-into strategies and tools to thrive. We will have a chance to connect over common life challenges, share ideas and perspectives, and support one another.
