Join us every first Wednesday to experience how mindfulness and coaching come to life and assist clients to apply the practice in managing life topics. When facing life challenges we are counting on our inner wisdom to show us the way but often these resources are not available if we are going through a lot of stress or stakes are too high. You might wonder: Which voice is the voice of inner wisdom? Is it my ego trying to make a point? Should I listen to my emotions or just let them be?

A mindfulness-based coaching approach means that the coach holds space for your inner contemplation and assists you in hearing what is really present and how to turn these messages into compassionate awareness and inspired action. Through HANDS ON model coach uses mindful experiments, somatic coaching and coaching inquiries to support the client.
