A mindful and holistic approach in coaching means that we take the body, mind and emotions into client’s awareness in order to enable them to make conscious choices based on deep inner knowing how each decision impacts their inner and outer landscape. As a BMC coach, you are trained to apply mindfulness-based coaching during the session The key role of a holistic coach is to partner up with clients in their present moment awareness of the physical, mental and emotional blocks during a session. Through overcoming these blocks the client will become more resilient and equipped in dealing with life obstacles on their own.
