Embodied Mindfulness - Online

This is a 6-weeks program starting on March 10th with the last session on April 14th

Survival is the computing mind’s default operating system which often results in observation of what doesn’t work and where we need to improve. This default negativity will keep us under stress and in alert states, often without a reasonable cause. Mindfulness practice helps us to shift thinking patterns into positivity, curiosity, positivity, gratitude and loving kindness which bring a multitude of benefits confirmed through the research in neuroscience. The main purpose of this program is to make mindfulness your second nature. 

Modules:

Week 1: Mindful Brain

Week 2: Quiet Mind: The Art of Presence

Week 3: Healthy Habits: Diet, Exercise and Meditation 

Week 4: Emotional Literacy: Mind – Body Alignment

Week 5: Positivity, Curiosity and Gratitude 

Week 6: Self Connection: Empathy, Compassion and Deep Listening
